Directions:
From Clear Lake: Traveling north on I-45, exit Woodridge (just inside the 610 Loop). At the traffic light turn right, take the next left (traffic light by McDonalds) onto 75th street. Continue on 75th street for several miles. You will come to a sign for Mason Park on the right side of the road but several park buildings, KEEP GOING. Cross over Brays Bayou and there will be another sign for Mason Park. Turn right into this parking lot. Continue to the back of the parking lot by the circle turn around, we will meet you here. To get to the wetland, walk down the path that begins at the circle turn around.

From I-10: Take I-10 East or West to I 45 South. From I-45 South, exit the Woodridge exit and go left under the freeway, to the first light, Evergreen St., (there is a McDonald’s on the corner). Turn left onto Evergreen, and go through one stop sign, through 3 lights ( Griggs St., Lawndale, Tipps). Go through the fourth light at the first Park entrance and go over the bridge to the second entrance to the Park.

Parking:
On-site at either the community center or on the north entrance site near the baseball and soccer fields

Registration Area:
North entrance by the soccer field

Area Being Cleaned:
The stormwater wetland area immediately to the south of the picnic area

Description of Cleanup:
Expect to pick up trash from in and around the wetland. Boots will be provided to those who wish to clean up within the wetland area itself.

Schedule for Day:
8am registration starts
8:30am cleanup begins
11am cleanup ends
11:30am lunch will be served
12:30 pm breakdown and close of event

Additional Information:
Boots will provided to individuals who wish to work in the wetland. There will be areas outside of the wetland that will be picked up. There are a limited number of boots available and will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
